Wallum Lake lies adjacent to It is adjacent to Douglas State Forest and offers a nice paddle in a beautiful forest area. There are picnic tables at a couple places around the lake (north end) for any who wish to have lunch.Wallum Lake is an excellent place to fish. There are a variety of species in the lake, including Largemouth Bass, Salmon, Yellow Perch, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Chain Pickerel, Alewife, Steelhead, American Eel and Sunfish. The lake is also stocked for Rainbow and Brown Trout.
